Yeah no shit it's an analogy I think works very well.
And the sum of your emotions, reactions, habits and behaviours constitute the programs installed in your (waitforit) memory.
Yah im here to say I've got some serious fucking faulty programming going on.
I view this blog as a new program to help my antivirus (good side) thwart the bad side. Most people are able to do this by themselves internally but yknow I think I actually need the fucking help.
Here's a few:
1. Like I'm fat as fuck, and I've been so unconscious about my food that I'm severely neglecting my health... dont even talk about confidence and energy in my body. LOL and my grand excuse is that it's so stressful I need the food to cope.
But the real reason is im addicted to the high that food provides like some dog.
2. I've never told this to anyone before but I'm addicted to porn. SAIDIT. But I think this is an epidemic of our time, and of broadband internet. Once again it's the short circuiting of the natural high that human bodies crave, and that high, prolonged has serious effects on your brain chemistry.

3. I have this horrible attitude towards school. No doubt it's an inefficient construct of our society, and there are many better ways to acquire knowledge and learn but I spend a disproportionate time being upset at the institution that I cannot YET change. YET. And let the negative energy spread into my work ethic and perspective, given I actually feel like there's no point studying the stuff...
I can approach this from the perspective of learning, and make the choice everyday to want to learn and master my subject. How can I master something out of school when I can't even master what's in school yet?
4. I'm actually fucking afraid of the future by the way. Like the way
Don't hypocrite pls.
Eh enough already right? LOLOL
So... what's my solution/counterprogramme to this?
Introducing, the Daily 100!
Rules of the Game:
1. These 5 habits/acts must be stated and typed out manually daily on the blog in the mornings, and reviewed when completed.
2. Are a set of habits and behaviours that are great and healthy.
3. Last for a long term period, eventually forming a habit, and must be done whether one feels like it or not, NO CHOICE.
4. Starts from 001.
So here's the Daily 001:
1. Study for at least 4 hours + Spend 30 mins reviewing work done the previous day
2. Exercise for at least 0.5 hours (No PMO)
3. Disconnect from mindless FB/IG/Social/Email/Youtube/Scrolling/Computer Use in General + Read up 1 Chapt on Programming / (After 18th - program one thing a day)
4. Post on this blog Morning and Evening
5. Replace one main meal per day with a salad or broth-based veg or lentil soup (NIGHT)
For Now.
